Basic Life Support

Course Content

 The course follows international guidelines. The latest AHA 2020 recommendations on:

• CPR for adults, children and infants
• Choking for adults, children and infants
• Use of a Bag Valve Mask (BVM)
• Use of an AED

Duration

 7 Hours

Certification

 Students must achieve 84% in the written exam and pass the skills tests. On completion students will be issued with a BLS for Healthcare Providers card,   which is valid for 2 years, and a CPD certificate for 11 points.
