CPR for Professionals.

CPR for Professionals is the local equivalent of the AHA Basic Life Support (BLS). It qualifies as a pre-requisite for the ACLS course. 


Course Content

  • CPR for adults, children and infants.
  • Choking for adults, children and infants
  • Use of a Bag Valve Mask (BVM)
  • Use of an AED


Duration

6 Hours


Certification

Students must achieve 84% in the written exam and pass the skills tests. On completion students will be issued with a RCSA Providers card,   which is valid for 2 years, and a CPD certificate for 9 General CEUs + 1 Ethics CEU = 10 points.
